Cascades Healthcare is a growing, Provo-based healthcare organization focused on operating high-quality skilled nursing facilities across multiple states. We're looking for a Regional Manager of Accounts Receivable who brings strong financial insight, leadership, and a hands-on approach to supporting business office operations.
In this role, you will support our facilities in Nampa, ID, Greater Twin Falls Area, and Seattle, WA.

As a key regional partner, you will oversee financial and billing operations across assigned facilities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency.
Core Responsibilities:
- Guide and support Business Office Managers across your region
- Oversee billing, collections, cash management, and reimbursement processes
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and long-term care regulations
- Analyze performance, identify gaps, and implement solutions
- Provide ongoing training in billing systems (Net Solutions, RFMS, ADP)
- Conduct quarterly on-site visits to assess and strengthen operations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support facility success
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold company compliance standards
Experience & Education Required:
- 2 years as a Business Office Manager in a Skilled Nursing Facility. No exceptions.
- Associate or bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience
Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance billing
- Familiarity with post-acute or long-term care financial operations
- Clear communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel regularly within Utah and Idaho
- Comfortable working independently while supporting multiple teams
- Organized, detail-focused, and solutions-driven
- Reliable attendance and professional presence
- Able to move throughout facilities and perform light physical tasks as needed
