Duties
- Supervise daily clinic operations, including patient flow, staff scheduling, and administrative workflows to optimize productivity.
- Provide leadership in human resources functions including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development initiatives.
- Coordinate with veterinary teams on medical management procedures, acute care protocols, and nursing responsibilities to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
- Support clinic administration through medical administrative support tasks like appointment scheduling and inventory control of medical supplies.
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration, continuous learning, and high morale among staff members.
Skills
- Extensive veterinary experience (at least 10 years) combined with strong medical office management skills.
- Proven supervisory experience within a veterinary setting.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology essential for safeguarding patient information.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
