What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterinary Receptionist position at Cascade Veterinary Hospital?
Cascade Veterinary Hospital is seeking a friendly and out-going individual to join our amazing team! We take pride in providing compassionate and quality care to our patients. We are a well established 1 doctor, non-corporate practice that has been in Federal Way for more than 40 years. Many of our clients have been coming for years, and we are now with our third generation returning to us. We pride ourselves in being more than a business to our clients - we like to think of them as friends and family.
Client Service Representatives are the face of the hospital and the client's main point of contact. It is of the utmost importance that our front desk is friendly, inviting, patient and caring.
Responsibilities will include:
Answering and screening incoming calls.
Greeting clients for patient check in/out.
Scheduling medical appointments and surgeries.
Recording and relaying information to appropriate team members
Maintaining medical documentation.
Processing payments and cash handling.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of front office and lobby.
Required Qualifications:
High School diploma/GED
Professional attitude and appearance.
Verbal communication skills.
Time management, multitasking, organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Schedule:
Monday and Tuesday (and able to fill in when needed a plus!) 9:00 am to 5:30pm
