As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Production Associate to join our hands-on manufacturing team.
Job Summary:
The Production Associate is responsible for assisting in the manufacturing of all cannabis products with a strong focus on operating and maintaining automated production equipment, including preroll machinery and robotics. Ideal candidates will have experience with mechanical systems and a passion for innovation in cannabis production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, monitor, and maintain preroll machines and other automated equipment.
- Manufacture and package cannabis products (prerolls, flower, edibles, etc.).
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality, safety, and compliance.
- Assist with daily machine calibration, cleaning, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate records and production logs.
- Support a clean, safe, and organized production environment.
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 and eligible to work in the Oregon cannabis industry.
- Experience in cannabis production, food manufacturing, or light industrial work preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude or experience working with machinery or robotics is strongly desired.
- Ability to follow procedures and maintain a high level of detail and cleanliness.
- Comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills (Not Required):
- Experience with preroll automation (e.g., RollPros, STM RocketBox, Futurola).
- Background in mechanical systems, manufacturing, or production line work.
- Familiarity with cannabis compliance and traceability systems.
