POSITION SUMMARY:
To help students learn subject matter and skills that will contribute to their development as mature, able, and responsible men and women. To encourage pupils to develop their special talents, and, to enable students to derive the fullest possible educational experience from school by promoting their sense of self.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Oregon teaching license valid for assignment.
- Ability to perform the essential functions with the physical, mental and emotional requirements, with or without accommodations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in performing assigned tasks.
- Ability to work harmoniously with others and to communicate effectively (both orally and in writing) with students, parents and staff.
- Such alternatives to the qualifications as the Board and Superintendent may find appropriate and acceptable.
