Job Title:

• Purchasing Agent for HVAC

A successful candidate will be responsible for:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the procurement of HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies to ensure timely delivery, quality, and cost-efficiency. This role is crucial in supporting our operations and maintaining inventory levels to meet client demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure HVAC parts and equipment from approved vendors.
• Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Prepare purchase orders and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in procurement processes.
• Address and resolve any issues with suppliers related to delays, defective materials, or discrepancies.
• Update report on a daily basis

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in procurement in HVAC
• Familiarity with HVAC equipment and parts.
• Excel Intermediate
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Work Environment:

• Office
• Interaction with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to coordinate purchasing efforts.
