Cascade Medical Cleaning is hiring part-time and on-call cleaners to service professional healthcare clinics (dental, medical, eye care, chiropractic) in the Everett & Greater Seattle area.
This role is ideal for someone looking for stable, predictable work, professional environments, and the opportunity to grow with a new local company.
Schedule & Pay
- Part-time: 2–4 shifts per week
- On-call: As needed for coverage
- Typical shifts: Evenings or early mornings
- Pay: $22–$26/hour (based on experience & reliability)
- Consistent locations once assigned (not rotating nightly)
Responsibilities
- Clean and disinfect treatment rooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists for healthcare environments
- Respect clinic schedules and patient flow
- Secure facilities after cleaning (lock-up procedures)
- Communicate completion or issues via mobile app

- Reliable and punctual — attendance matters
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently
- Professional demeanor (these are clinics, not retail spaces). Experience cleaning medical/healthcare facilities required. Must be able to pass a background check. Fluent English required.
First 30 Days (Probation Period)
All new hires complete a 30-day probation focused on:
- Showing up on time, every time
- Following checklists and instructions
- Clear communication
- Maintaining consistent quality
Reliable cleaners are offered ongoing recurring assignments.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 35.0 per week
