This is a full-time, on-site Test Post role based in Madison, WI. The responsibilities include developing and maintaining test strategies, managing test plans, executing tests, and actively ensuring the quality of deliverables through effective testing methodologies. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot issues, ensuring the highest quality outputs.

• Proficiency in Test Management and developing comprehensive Test Strategy
• Experience in Test Execution and identifying potential issues during Testing processes
• Strong understanding of Quality Assurance principles and methods
• Attention to detail, analytical problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams
• Proficiency with testing tools and technologies
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB) or prior experience in similar testing roles is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
