Responsibilities:
We are seeking a professional and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of front-of-house operations. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with a strong background in fine dining, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for hospitality. You will manage staff, maintain high service standards, and ensure the restaurant operates efficiently while providing guests with an extraordinary experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and mentor the front-of-house team, including servers, hosts, and bartenders.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service during breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- Maintain and enforce high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation.
- Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and labor costs to meet operational goals.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless coordination between kitchen and service.
- Address guest concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Monitor inventory and ordering of front-of-house supplies and ensure optimal stock levels.
- Drive revenue and guest satisfaction through exceptional service and upselling strategies.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in fine dining or high-end hospitality.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of POS systems (Toast preferred) and restaurant operations.
