Duties:
- Oversee and support all operational aspects of the overnight shift, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Act as the point of contact for guests, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or special requests.
- Monitor and maintain service quality, ensuring all staff follow standard procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments, including front desk and housekeeping, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of overnight operations, incidents, and guest interactions.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and service standards during late-night hours.
- Handle any urgent guest issues or service recovery situations with professionalism.
Order Taker / Reservationist Duties:
- Take and process guest orders efficiently via phone, in-person, or digital platforms, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Provide detailed information about menus, specials, and modifications based on dietary restrictions or guest preferences.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure timely order preparation and delivery.
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and cancellations in a professional manner.
- Maintain an organized order-tracking system to prevent delays or errors.
- Ensure that guests receive exceptional service, whether ordering room service or making reservations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or customer service role, preferably in hospitality or food service.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team during overnight shifts.
