About the Role:

Casa Smiles is looking for a friendly and experienced Front Desk Dental Receptionist to join our team in beautiful Coral Gables, FL! This is a fantastic opportunity to be the welcoming face of a patient-focused dental practice where your skills and personality truly make a difference every day.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients, creating a warm and welcoming front office experience
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using dental practice management software
• Verify dental insurance benefits and process claims accurately and efficiently
• Collect co-pays, handle billing inquiries, and manage patient accounts
• Answer multi-line phones, respond to patient inquiries, and manage recall outreach
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance at all times
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the day
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Prior dental front desk or dental administrative experience required
• Familiarity with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)
• Knowledge of dental insurance verification, billing, and claims processing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus in the Coral Gables community
