Are you an experienced Dental Front Desk who knows how to keep the schedule full and the patients happy.
We are looking for a motivated, organized, and personable Dental Front Desk to take a key role in our growing dental practice.
What You'll Do- Welcome patients with a warm, professional, and friendly attitude
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist patients with questions
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments
- Manage the daily appointment schedule and maintain efficient patient flow
- Collect copayments, deductibles, and outstanding balances
- Review treatment estimates and financial responsibilities with patients
- Process payments and maintain accurate patient account information
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who understands that the front desk is the first impression of our practice. We want a team member who makes every patient feel welcomed, respected, and cared for from the moment they walk through the door.

- Must be bilingual English/Spanish
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced dental environment
- Excellent at communicating with patients and team members
- Detail-oriented and comfortable handling payments and patient accounts
- Familiar with dental terminology and insurance procedures
- Experience with dental practice management software is a plus
- Able to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude
$18 - $22 per hour
Health Insurance (50% after 1 year)
