Casa Grande Academy is a 32-bed behavioral health inpatient facility (BHIF) for moderate to high-risk adjudicated and non-adjudicated males between the ages of 12-17. Utilizing evidence-based treatment methodology, we provide clinical and therapeutic services, life skills and education necessary for our clients to lead successful lives and reach their full potential. The program offers an on-campus fully accredited school, grades 6-12, which offers special education services, high school diplomas, and GED programming.

Job Duties
- Conduct diagnostic and psycho-social assessments.
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, therapeutic environment and provide crisis intervention to clients and /or families in a caring and competent, manner.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy services for clients using evidenced based treatments/theory.
- Monitor and assess progress of clients through observation, communication with staff, and personal interaction with clients via individual and group therapy sessions.
- Provides documentation of clients clinical progress consistent with the service plan and contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Develop master treatment plans and continually update treatment plans while the client remains in our care.
- Writes the clinical portion of the discharge summary for clients.
- Consult with Psychiatrist, Clinical Director, Nursing, Case Manager, Milieu staff, Teachers and/or other specialists concerning treatment plans for youth and amend plans in conjunction with regulatory requirements.
- Master’s degree with experience in mental health, social work, counseling or adolescent services.
- Arizona State Behavioral Health License desired; must be license eligible.
