- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
- Associate’s degree in accounting or related field preferred
- OR minimum of one (1) year of procurement, purchasing, or inventory experience
- At least one (1) year of experience with inventory management systems (barcode scanning preferred)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Proactive and solution-oriented
- Comfortable working in both administrative and clinical support environments
- Process and manage purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure appropriate stock for the Health Center
- Track deliveries, maintain ETA updates, and reconcile invoices
- Monitor inventory systems and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate with Accounting on invoice variances
- Support Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) operations and compliance activities
- Maintain organization of supply areas and ensure operational efficiency
