THE POSITION
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused professional to be the first point of contact for customers visiting our locations.
You will help customers understand our services, answer questions, explain our processes, and ensure every customer has a professional and respectful experience.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, learning new skills, and being part of a team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome customers and create a friendly, professional environment.
- Listen to customer needs and answer questions.
- Assist customers who are selling gold and silver.
- Explain our appraisal, loan, and payment processes.
- Communicate clearly with customers in both English and Spanish.
- Complete paperwork and accurately document customer items and transactions.
- Follow company procedures and compliance requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office.
- Follow up with customers when appropriate.
- Work as part of a team to provide an excellent customer experience.
- Represent our company with professionalism, honesty, and respect.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who:
- Is able to communicate with customers in both English and Spanish.
- Has excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Enjoys working with people and building relationships.
- Is outgoing, professional, and customer-focused.
- Can handle sensitive transactions with discretion.
- Has basic computer and data-entry skills.
- Is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Is willing to learn and develop new skills.
- Has a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Is available to work weekends, including Sundays.
EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS — BUT NOT REQUIRED.
Experience in retail, customer service, sales, pawn, loans, banking, or jewelry is helpful, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
