Job Summary
Casa Arena Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN or LPN Floor Nurse to join our clinical team. This role is ideal for a nurse who thrives in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
As a valued member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting resident outcomes, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring excellence in care delivery.
Schedule
- 12-hour shifts
- Full-time and PRN opportunities available
- Every other weekend off
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and monitor resident conditions
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
- Accurately document care in the EMR system
- Respond promptly to changes in resident condition and escalate concerns appropriately
- Provide wound care and support infection prevention practices
- Collaborate with CNAs, therapy, and leadership to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and facility standards
Qualifications
- Current RN or LPN license in New Mexico (required)
- Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-focused care
