Casa Arena Healthcare is seeking experienced and dependable Travel Nurses (RN or LPN) to join our nursing team.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their individualized plans of care
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and notify the appropriate provider and leadership
- Complete assessments and follow up on clinical concerns
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team
- Supervise and provide direction to CNAs as appropriate
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and changes in resident condition
- Follow infection prevention and safety practices
- Ensure resident rights, dignity, and confidentiality are maintained
- Follow facility policies and applicable state and federal regulations
- Provide dependable coverage for assigned shifts and work collaboratively with the nursing team
Qualifications
- Current RN or LPN license in good standing
- Skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or post-acute experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Medication administration experience
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to a new environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable attendance and commitment to assigned schedule
- Must meet all applicable employment and facility requirements
