CAS, an FAA Part 145 Repair Station with EASA, UK CAA, and ISO 9001 certifications, is seeking a Senior Sales Representative to drive revenue growth in aircraft parts sales, repair services, engine programs, and teardown projects.
This role requires a strong aviation MRO background, an established industry network, and a proven track record of closing high-value deals.
- Pay range: $20–$28 per hour, based on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and close new business in aircraft parts sales and repair services.
- Manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting to quoting, negotiation, and contract execution.
- Expand relationships with airlines, leasing companies, MROs, and brokers.
- Meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Represent the organization at industry events and client meetings.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management.
- Collaborate with Operations and Finance to ensure successful project execution.
Requirements
- 3 years of aviation sales experience (MRO, components, engines, or parts trading).
- Strong knowledge of the FAA Part 145 repair station environment.
- Established aviation industry network.
- Proven negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and strategically.
- On-site role. Candidates must reside in Medley, Florida, or the surrounding areas.
