What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Service Advisor/Coordinator position at Carzby?
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Partner with Head Mechanic to triage, estimate and schedule repairs
- Coordinate day-to-day operations with shop crew
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with vendors
- Manage and track part orders
- Coordinate logistics as needed
- Monitor company app for vehicle progress
- Ensure that work areas are kept clean, organized and safe
- Participate in the development of shop procedures
- Perform additional tasks as needed to support shop productivity
- Monday-Friday (no weekends)
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- Regularly required to stand, talk, and hear.
- Frequently is required to walk and sit.
- Is potentially exposed to exhaust fumes or other airborne particles.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and peripheral vision.
