About the Role
As a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for driving profitable growth within your territory by building strong professional relationships with healthcare providers. You’ll promote company products ethically and compliantly while serving as a trusted resource to physicians, clinics, and pharmacies.
Day-to-day, you’ll:
- Call on healthcare professionals (specialists, PCPs, clinics, and pharmacies)
- Support promotional efforts behind company products
- Organize, track, and distribute FDA-regulated product samples
- Maintain expert-level product knowledge to deliver value in every conversation
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve/exceed territory sales goals and maximize market share
- Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned with corporate strategy
- Build strong customer relationships through education programs, speaker events, and follow-ups
- Conduct persuasive, ethical sales calls with healthcare professionals
- Complete all required training programs and maintain compliance with industry guidelines
- Continuously improve product knowledge and selling skills
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience with proven results, pharmaceutical sales a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Must live within territory and pass background/MVR/drug screening
Preferred:
- Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical sales
- Familiarity with call points in Psychiatry, Primary Care, Urgent Care, Orthopedics, , Pain Management, Podiatry, Pediatrics, ENT, or Nephrology

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
