We are seeking a bilingual (English Spanish) Customer Service Associate to join our team! Experienced Collections Specialists Needed

Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Initiate outbound calls to existing delinquent accounts, with use of dialer campaign strategies and manual calls, as deemed appropriate.
- Educate the customers on the importance of building/rebuilding their credit. Identify and verify the customer’s reason for default, then recommend solutions that minimize risk to the Company while assisting the customer in maintaining and rebuilding their credit.
- Observe and maintain quality assurance and FDCPA guidelines while speaking with the customer and creating account documentation.
- Receive incoming calls from existing customers and assist them with their needs.
- Perform skip tracing on delinquent accounts.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Bilingual English Spanish) required.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail required.
- Must be able to work independently with little supervision. Must have strong organizational skills. Must have great follow-up skills. Must be able to follow up with customers in a friendly, professional manner. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of attention to detail.
