Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with potential homebuyers, providing exceptional service throughout their homebuying journey.
- Become an expert on our new home offerings, showcasing the unique features and benefits of each property.
- Understand clients’ needs, preferences, and budgets, then recommend homes that align with their goals.
- Conduct informative and engaging tours of model homes and communities, highlighting key selling points.
- Guide clients through the sales process, explaining contracts, pricing, and financing options.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to buyers, answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Stay informed about local real estate market trends and competitor offerings.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the success of the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, contracts, and customer communications.
Additional Requirements:
- OYL (On Your Lot) experience is required.
- Land, Construction, and/or Operations background preferred.
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivation.
- Master at prospecting and generating new business opportunities.
- Strong, established relationships in the industry, especially with broker partners.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role (real estate sales experience is a plus).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Client-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- A positive attitude and a professional appearance.
- Real estate licensing may be required depending on local regulations (we can assist with this).
