What You’ll Do
- Welcome and engage prospective buyers in model homes and sales centers
- Guide clients through floorplans, community information, and financing resources
- Handle early sales conversations and set qualified appointments
- Complete consistent follow-up and document all activity in CRM
- Maintain a clean, professional, retail-ready model and community space
- Capture photos, videos, and stories that highlight community life
- Participate in sales training and professional development
- Conduct basic competitive shops to understand market trends
- Active or willingness to obtain a state real estate license
- Three or more years of sales or client-facing experience
- Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work weekends and some evenings
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s preferred
- Copper Ridge at Flowers Plantation – Clayton, NC
- Nathan’s Ridge – Lillington, NC
- Lake Royale – Youngsville, NC
- Tanglewood – Angier, NC
- Wendell Townhomes – Wendell, NC
