Sales Support Intern (Part-Time)

Location: Boca Raton, FL

Type: Part-Time, In-Person

Hours: ~20 hours per week

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented student for a Sales Support Intern position. This role is essential for helping our Marketing team execute their Sales initiatives by managing logistics, inventory, and administrative requests.

The intern will work directly with the Marketing Coordinators on day-to-day tasks and report to the Vice President of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Support Intern will handle a variety of tasks crucial to our sales efforts, including:

Request Fulfillment:

• Receiving and processing various ad-hoc requests from the sales team, such as requests for event sponsorship, sales collateral, and general support via email.

Logistics and Inventory Management:

• Assisting with the packing and shipping of materials and items for the sales team.
• Maintaining accurate tracking and inventory records of all sales support materials.
• Recording delivery details for all shipped items.
• Documenting and tracking expenditures related to sales support efforts.

Qualifications and Skills

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program.
• Demonstrated ability to be highly organized and pay close attention to detail.
• Competency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar platforms).
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be reliable, proactive, and capable of managing administrative tasks efficiently.
• Must be able to reliably work in-person at the Boca Raton, FL office location.
