YOUR MISSION: Support the SDP department using academic knowledge on a specific project/subject. Assist the department in administrative tasks. HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
- Support the Store Design Planning (SDP) department by applying academic knowledge to specific projects and subjects.
- Assist the department with administrative tasks, ensuring efficient operations.
- Collate and analyze data using established tools, methods, and formats, working independently to provide accurate insights.
- Organize and prepare complex documents using various applications for technology devices, including standard office software, and gather and summarize data for special reports.
- Develop a local document management system for the office or department to streamline document handling and storage.
- Schedule appointments, arrange meetings and conferences, and organize travel plans to optimize the time of senior colleagues or executives.
- Produce, update, and provide best practice support for a wide range of Microsoft documents, databases, and other departmental systems.
- Support the production of workstream and project plans by carrying out delegated activities that align with the organization's project management framework.
- Extract and combine data to generate standard reports, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Answer telephone calls and assist with a broad range of inquiries via email, mail, or other means, directing complex matters to appropriate colleagues.
- Initiate regular internal and external contact to convey requests, provide instructions, or obtain information on behalf of senior colleagues.
- Develop personal capabilities through participation in assessment and development planning activities, formal and informal training, and coaching.
- Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulations, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
- Post-Secondary Non-Tertiary Education required.
- Must be an experienced practitioner capable of working unsupervised.
