Expected salary range: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour.

YOUR MISSION

Main Responsibilities
Supporting the Strategy:
- Support the overall shared strategic direction given by leadership
- Provide intelligence, data and insights from internal and external sources.
- Responsible for supporting leadership in monitoring Cartier North America’s strategic priorities are met; contributes to defining clear objectives and KPI’s and tracking their progress and achievement
- Assist in planning process for annual Strategic Plan
- Collaborate with key department stakeholders to manage and update Strategic Plan tracker on a quarterly basis
- Coordinate Communication budget allocation and supervision, in close collaboration with each department’s stakeholders
- Liaise with stakeholders on a regular basis to support smooth management and maintenance of North America Communications budget
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of key project timelines and retro planning with project leaders
- Support preparation of regular communications to project stakeholders on progress, status and challenges as needed
- Ensure consistency throughout all touchpoints and alignment with defined objectives
- Facilitate post-execution monitoring and reporting
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with peers and key partners throughout the organization
- Lead by example in strengthening internal communications with staff at all levels throughout the organization
- Create and promote a positive, supportive, and collaborative work environment
- Administrative support on document preparation and maintenance
- Occasional team scheduling and organization as needed
- Partners cross functionally with team across the organization
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2-4 years' experience in relevant positions, working cross-departmentally in a highly collaborative role
- Robust analytical and organizational skills
- Expert proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments
- Experience supporting growth through transparency, consistency, and disciplined execution.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and organize workload to meet organizational timelines in a fast paced, high-growth environment
- Effective, versatile and action-oriented
- Curious in nature and always looking to question, learn, and look for better ways to execute
- Clear thinker with outstanding numeric ability supported by a broad commercial awareness
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
