CarterPierce is a female founded owned leading provider of recruiting services to private equity funds, hedge funds and alternative investment funds. Founded in 2005, CarterPierce has become a one-stop shop for Alternative Investment platforms. We specialize in the below areas:
- Investment Professionals from Analyst to Partner
- Investor Relations, Business Development and Human Resources
- Finance, Accounting & Operations at the fund level and at the portfolio company level
We are looking for a Recruiting Associate to assist with the management and execution of the search process. The Associate will be charged with a variety of responsibilities including, but not limited to:
- Manage research projects around the candidate and company landscapes by conducting preliminary market mapping and building target lists
- Actively source candidates using search filters on LinkedIn and running internal database reports
- Actively reach out to candidates via Linkedin, email, phone, and text campaigns
- Screen prospective candidates via phone and Zoom interviews
- Develop slate presentations using Excel and PowerPoint
- Interface with clients on process management: scheduling interviews, gathering feedback & providing process statistics
- Create post-search overviews
- Ongoing and ad hoc projects including, but not limited to:
- Maintain CRM input/update relevant data
- Build customized and targeted PowerPoint decks for marketing to potential clients
- Check candidate references
Qualifications & Skills
We are looking for someone with the following qualities:
- 1 years of relevant work experience
- Intellectually curious, mature, outgoing, self-confident, and assertive
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Great attention to detail while managing multiple projects
- Incredibly responsive with a bias to action
- Dedicated team player who is willing to wear multiple hats
- Prior finance or recruiting experience is not required, but certainly helpful

Compensation is commensurate with experience and will include a base year end bonus ESOP distributions upon eligibility.
