Carteret Management Corporation is seeking to fill a PORTER/CUSTODIAN role responsible for the custodial and grounds keeping of Sandpiper Place Apartments, an apartment community located in Bradenton, FL. This position offers full-time hourly employment at a competitive salary with a strong benefit package including:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Work to ensure the highest level of resident satisfaction at all times.
- Perform such functions as clearing debris from grounds, cleaning office and common areas.
- Assist in the preparation of market ready units, including remove trash from vacant apartments (trash outs) prior to make-ready.
- Requisition housekeeping supplies as needed.
- Perform other general janitorial duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Prior custodial experience preferred.
- Ability to perform general custodial duties.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Ability to operate machinery and equipment necessary to perform the porter’s duties including: backpack vacuum, pressure washer, hand blower, etc.
- Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with various groups (on-site staff, vendors, residents).
