As we continue to expand, we are building a strong accounting and finance team capable of supporting multiple business entities and international operations. We are looking for ambitious professionals interested in growing their careers and developing expertise across various accounting disciplines. This is a full-time, on-site position in Panama City Beach.
Based on each applicant’s experience, skills, and interview performance, they may be considered for current or future opportunities in:
- General Ledger Accounting
- Senior Accounting
- Accounts Payable
- Treasury
- Accounts Receivable
- Credit & Collections
- Cost Accounting
- Financial Reporting
Final placement will be determined after evaluating each candidate's experience, strengths, interests, and overall fit.
Responsibilities may vary depending on assignment and may include:
- Journal entries and account reconciliations
- Month-end closing activities
- Financial reporting support
- Accounts payable processing
- Treasury support
- Accounts receivable support
- Inventory and cost accounting support
- Audit and compliance support
- Financial analysis
- Process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; will consider extensive experience in lieu of a degree
- 1-2 years of accounting experience preferred
- Recent graduates with solid academic performance, internships, leadership experience, or demonstrated initiative are encouraged to apply
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Learns quickly and adapt to changing priorities
- Works effectively and harmoniously in a team environment
