We are seeking an experienced Automotive Deal Processor for a high-volume, multi-franchise dealership. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced Administration/Accounting environment.
What We’re Looking For
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of automotive deal processing experience, along with prior dealership accounting or administrative experience.

Automotive Deal Processor

What We’re Looking For
- Prior automotive deal processing experience preferred
- Experience working in a dealership accounting or administrative role
- Dependable, organized, and team-oriented
- Comfortable handling confidential financial information

Key Responsibilities
- Process automotive deals accurately and in a timely manner
- Review deals for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Maintain complete and organized deal jackets
- Enter, verify, and audit deal data in CDK
- Work closely with Sales, Accounting, and Office Management teams
- Manage a high volume of deals while meeting daily and monthly deadlines
- Ability to successfully pass backgrounds and drug screening
- Proficiency in CDK Dealer Management System
- Strong Excel skills, including data entry, tracking, and basic reporting
- Accounting knowledge, including understanding of debits, credits, and dealership accounting workflows
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently in a high-volume environment
- Proficiency in CDK Dealer Management System
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Full-time schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
