Overview
Our client, a rapidly growing Fintech company based in NYC, is looking for a seasoned investment product marketer to join the organization. In this role, you’ll shape and deliver marketing strategies that increase awareness, engagement, and adoption of a broad suite of investment offerings. The ideal candidate has deep experience in financial services and marketing, strong writing skills, and a focus on alternative investments or comparable product categories.
What you’ll do
- Create high-impact B2B content across formats—presentations, brochures, emails, social, web, event assets, thought leadership, and video—initially supporting adviser-focused solutions for independent wealth practices.
- Own marketing for a flagship fund series—ensuring materials are current and compliant—including product one-pagers, pitch decks, performance updates, web copy, webinar replays, email campaigns, and event support.
- Partner cross‑functionally with portfolio management and product leaders to advance strategic initiatives and inform investment product development.
- Develop go‑to‑market plans for new publicly registered funds and sustain momentum for existing products.
- Produce collateral and resources (white papers, decks, guides, video and demo scripts) for internal enablement and external distribution.
- Conduct research and interviews to source data, insights, and narratives that strengthen product positioning.
- Iterate and refine content—editing, proofreading, and updating based on stakeholder feedback to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Protect brand quality by maintaining tone, style, and consistency across all channels.
- Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
- Track industry trends and translate them into timely, relevant content.
- Collaborate with lifecycle marketing to integrate alternative product themes into nurture programs.
- Support integrated campaign execution—partnering across Marketing to plan and deliver each component of product launch and sustain efforts.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
- 7–15 years in investment product marketing and content creation within financial services, with emphasis on alternative investments, private market funds, or similar products is required.
- Broad understanding of marketing to RIAs and Independent Broker‑Dealers.
- Demonstrated ability to craft high‑quality B2B content that educates and converts.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong research and analytical capabilities.
- Proven success working both independently and collaboratively; adept at prioritizing in a fast‑paced team setting.
- Working knowledge of FINRA and SEC advertising and communications guidelines.
Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
