Contract Recruiter - 3PL Last Mile Logisitics

We are seeking a results-driven Contract Recruiter to lead high-volume sourcing and talent acquisition efforts for our fast-growing 3PL last-mile delivery operations across 12 key markets. In this role, you will be responsible for building a robust talent pipeline that includes internal administrative staff, leadership roles (as applicable), non-CDL and CDL drivers, and general warehouse associates.

As a Contract Recruiter, you will own the full-cycle recruitment process for multiple geographic regions. You will partner closely with operations managers and leadership to understand regional staffing needs and execute targeted sourcing strategies.This position requires someone who is proactive, comfortable working onsite or offsite, thrives in an evolving logistics environment, and understands the unique staffing challenges of the supply chain and final-mile delivery sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing and Pipeline Management: Identify, attract, and engage active and passive candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and logistics-specific recruitment platforms.
• High-Volume Logistics Recruiting: Manage concurrent requisitions across 12 distinct markets, balancing the immediate demands of driver recruitment with the steady staffing needs of warehouse operations.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidates against technical requirements, safety compliance standards, and organizational fit.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate closely with hiring managers and operations teams as needed to schedule interviews, gather feedback, and streamline the hiring process.
• Compliance Tracking: Ensure all candidate data and documentation are accurately captured while also maintaining high compliance with driver qualifications and regional regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience; proven track record in high-volume staffing for 3PL, warehousing, logistics, last-mile delivery, or similar industries.
• Extensive recruitment experience for transportation/delivery roles, including a strong understanding of CDL and non-CDL driver requirements, safety compliance, and driver retention strategies.
• Proven ability to manage multi-market or regional recruitment strategies simultaneously across diverse geographical areas.
• Proficiency with ATS, job boards, and digital sourcing tools.
• Exceptional communication and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and adapt quickly to shifting operational priorities.
