Must be able to work with small groups and/or with individual students push-in & pull out services
Assessing student abilities, managing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), adapting general curricula, and collaborating with parents, therapists, and general education teachers to foster student success

Set personalized academic, social, and life skill goals for each student.Instruction & Adaptation: Modify general education curricula, provide one-on-one or small-group instruction, and use specialized learning aids or adaptive technology to meet student needs.Progress Monitoring: Administer assessments to track progress, maintain accurate legal records, and adjust teaching strategies based on data.Collaboration: Work closely with parents, school psychologists, speech therapists, and general educators to ensure holistic student support.
