Requirements / Qualifications
Associates Degree Required, but B.A./ B.S Degree highly preferred, must have a High School diploma and at least two years of related experience coordinating or overseeing an enrichment program for students. Applicant must submit on-line application with resume and three letters of reference.
Supervise and OVERSEE the recreation enrichment Expanded Learning Program (After School Program), for Students with a set curriculum Maintain budgeting Tutoring and working with at-risk student population Willing to assist with after school program snacks and after school supervision Create and oversee the lesson plans provided by ASP Tutors Ensure Program remains in compliance with Federal & State Laws Maintain ERC daily attendance database Attend monthly Site Lead meetings with Fresno County Office of Education Create monthly activities calendars collaborate with Site Administration Ensure the safety and well being of Students enrolled in program Must have the following skills: Must have knowledge of Micro Soft Office Suits Ability to lead others Great written & communication skills Bi-lingual preferred not required
