We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Office Assistant Sales to join our vibrant team! Pay is salary plus commission

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors at the front desk with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously to appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Support sales activities by handling data entry, customer inquiries, and follow-up communications.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, including document proofreading and record keeping.
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to track sales transactions and expenses.
  • Coordinate calendar management for sales meetings, appointments, and events using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools.
  • Provide excellent customer support through prompt responses via phone, email, or in person, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Handle clerical duties such as typing reports, managing office supplies, and maintaining office cleanliness and organization.
  • Support office management functions including front desk operations, office supply inventory, and general administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an office environment with clerical or administrative responsibilities.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks for bookkeeping and data entry tasks.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse clients and team members.
  • Experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing exceptional phone etiquette.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail in proofreading documents and managing records accurately.
  • Prior experience in customer service or personal assistant roles is highly desirable.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting.
