Duties
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Assist clients with product or service questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing detailed information to ensure satisfaction
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with customers, gather feedback, or promote new offerings
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry in our CRM system using Microsoft Office tools and other computer applications
- Handle cash transactions securely when necessary, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues by analyzing customer data and providing insightful solutions
- Support client services by processing orders, returns, or exchanges efficiently while maintaining high standards of accuracy
Experience
- Previous call center experience or customer support roles demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proven ability in sales or upselling techniques to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction
- Multilingual proficiency, especially bilingual capabilities in English and other languages preferred, to serve a diverse customer base effectively
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel for documentation and analysis purposes
- Experience in outbound calling campaigns or tele-sales environments is advantageous
- Strong analysis skills to interpret customer data and identify opportunities for improved service delivery
