Available Positions
We are hiring for a variety of production roles, including:
- Fiberglass Laminators
- Assembly Team Members
- Finish and Trim Technicians
- Cutter/Grinders
- General Production Associates
What You'll Do
Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:
- Fabricating and assembling fiberglass products
- Operating manufacturing equipment, hand tools and power tools
- Reading work instructions and specifications
- Measuring, trimming, finishing, sanding, and inspecting parts
- Maintaining quality standards throughout production
- Collaborating with team members to meet production goals
- Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe
