Available Positions

We are hiring for a variety of production roles, including:

• Fiberglass Laminators
• Assembly Team Members
• Finish and Trim Technicians
• Cutter/Grinders
• General Production Associates

What You'll Do

Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:

• Fabricating and assembling fiberglass products
• Operating manufacturing equipment, hand tools and power tools
• Reading work instructions and specifications
• Measuring, trimming, finishing, sanding, and inspecting parts
• Maintaining quality standards throughout production
• Collaborating with team members to meet production goals
• Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Ability to follow all safety procedures and use required PPE
