Are you passionate about driving operational excellence through financial insight? We’re looking for an Operations Controller to join one of our NKY clients and play a critical role in aligning financial performance with operational goals.
What You’ll Do:
- Monitor and report financial performance across manufacturing, distribution, and logistics.
- Partner with operations leaders to analyze costs, labor efficiency, material usage, and variances.
- Prepare operational performance reports and support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Drive cost-reduction initiatives and provide financial insight for process improvements.
- Collaborate on audits, compliance, and strategic planning.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in a financial role supporting operations.
- CPA/MBA preferred, but not required.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing costing and supply chain finance.
- Proficiency in Excel and large-scale ERP systems.
