CarsonLynch is supporting a nationally recognized professional services firm in their search for a Manager of Pricing & Legal Project Management - a strategic, analytical leader who thrives at the intersection of finance, operations, and client strategy.
What You’ll Own
- Lead the entire annual rate‑setting process
- Develop value‑based pricing for complex engagements
- Build client‑focused rate strategies and matter budgets
- Partner closely with firm leadership on profitability initiatives
- Collaborate with marketing leadership on go‑to‑market strategy
- Evaluate and implement new pricing/LPM technology
- Drive process improvements across pricing & project management
- Support special projects for the CFO and Director of Finance
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred)
- 10 years of progressive experience in a professional services or legal environment
- 5 years of leadership/managerial experience
- Strong experience building complex pricing models
- Proven background in project management for professional services
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
