We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Swimming Pool Service Technician to join our team.
Job Description:
As a Swimming Pool Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing residential and commercial swimming pools and spas. You will work independently and as part of a team to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold our company's standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including cleaning, chemical testing and balancing, and equipment inspection.
- Diagnose and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems.
- Conduct pool openings and closings for the season.
- Identify and resolve water quality issues, ensuring a safe and clean swimming environment.
- Install and upgrade pool and spa equipment as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and questions.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and chemicals used.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in swimming pool maintenance and repair preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pool chemicals, equipment, and water chemistry.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair various types of pool equipment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including some weekends.
