This individual is responsible for welcoming patients to the practice upon arrival, providing excellent customer service while collecting estimated patient financial responsibility, and accurately recording patient information

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
- Provides exceptional service to all patients and visitors
- Calculates, explains, and collects estimated patient responsibility upon check-in.
- Obtains and records accurate updated demographic information upon check-in
- Works with patients to answer questions
- Maintain strict confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA
