Schedule
Monday–Friday
8:00 AM–5:00 PM
No weekends!
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and answer incoming phone calls
- Schedule service appointments
- Create and update repair orders
- Keep customers informed about their vehicles
- Assist with estimates, invoices, and payments
- Communicate with technicians and parts suppliers
- Perform general office and front-counter duties
- Assist with maintaning the front office appearance
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Friendly, professional, and positive attitude
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Automotive experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person
