We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Spanish Speaker to join our team in Gatlinburg, TN. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality behavioral therapy services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. You will work closely with our team of professionals to design and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based strategies to promote meaningful progress and social development.
**Responsibilities**
* Provide one-on-one behavioral therapy sessions to individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities
* Implement individualized treatment plans designed by Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) or Licensed Behavior Analysts (LBA)
* Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
* Collaborate with the treatment team to adjust therapy plans as needed
* Communicate effectively with clients, families, and treatment teams in both English and Spanish
* Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy
