Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Full‑Time & Part‑Time
Knoxville Center for Autism (KCA) is expanding our team and hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to provide high‑quality, compassionate ABA therapy for children ages 2–10 on the Autism Spectrum. Job Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy sessions for children ages 2–10 using a Verbal Behavior approach
- Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans written by a BCBA
- Collect and record accurate session data during each session
- Follow protocols and behavior plans with fidelity
- Communicate professionally with parents and the clinical team
- Participate in weekly staff meetings, ongoing training, and RBT supervision
- Maintain a positive, engaging, child‑focused attitude
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs, move quickly, and get on the floor to play and interact

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
- Experience working with children (daycare, nannying, camps, schools, coaching, etc.)
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain RBT certification
- Able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation
- Energetic, patient, empathetic, and coachable
