We're seeking a motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who is fluent in Spanish to join our team! As an RBT, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality ABA therapy services to clients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavioral intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of licensed behavior analysts
- Collect and record data on behavior, preferences, and reinforcement
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and team members
- Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure effective and efficient service delivery
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and treatment plans
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 0 years of experience in ABA therapy or a related field
- Registration as a Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to obtain certification within 6 months of hire
- Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish
- Flexibility to work part-time and full-time schedules
