Carry On Therapy is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) across Tennessee. We provide ABA services that focus on real life, real families, and meaningful progress. This position is for candidates who already hold an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
Compensation & Schedule
Pay: $20–$24 per hour starting pay, based on experience. RBTs with additional experience may discuss higher pay.
Hours: Full-Time (30 hours per week) or Part-Time
Schedule: Flexible scheduling based on availability

Hire-On Bonus
A hire-on bonus is available only for candidates who:
Already hold an active RBT certification
Currently live in the service area or will actively work in the service area where the position is located
Bonus eligibility will be confirmed during the hiring process.
Referral Bonus
We offer a $400 referral bonus for RBTs or BCBAs referred to Tennessee or Nebraska.
The bonus is paid once the referral joins our team and remains employed for at least 45 days.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings
Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
Collect and record data on client progress
Collaborate with families and clinical team members
Maintain a positive, supportive, and safe session environment
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Qualifications
Active RBT certification (required at time of application)
High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
Experience working with children or in ABA is helpful
Ability to pass a background check
Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
