The Administrator will also be responsible for coordination of campus activities.

Position Summary
Reporting to the Head of the Middle School, the Lincoln Campus Administrator is responsible for providing a wide range of support to the division head, the campus faculty, Lincoln staff and for events on the Lincoln campus. The Administrator will also be responsible for coordination of campus activities.
Responsibilities
- Provide the Middle School Head and faculty with broad and general administrative support
- Manage Middle School student attendance, calendar, room reservations, campus logistics. Receive and route telephone calls and manage Wayland central phones
- Meet, greet and direct visitors and maintain demeanor with visitors that represents the values of the School
- Receive, sort and distribute Lincoln mail daily
- Complete purchase orders and order supplies
- Set up, organize and coordinate parent-teacher conferences ensuring smooth scheduling
- Coordinate materials and activities for onsite training programs and events
- Interface with Buildings and Grounds regarding repairs and maintenance
- Send communications to parents as directed or need by Middle school team
- Transport students in school owned vehicle to other campuses for school sponsored events (and after school program)
- Perform other duties related to Lincoln campus as requested or directed
- Bachelor’s Degree with administrative experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills, attention to detail and project management abilities
- Computer expertise in managing databases as well as all Google applications
- Clean driving record and ability to be trained on 14 passenger school activity bus
- Ability to be flexible while adhering to deadlines
