Carroll Custom Coatings is growing fast, and we’re looking for motivated helpers to join our painting crew! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to learn the painting trade, grow with a reputable company, and be part of a reliable, family-oriented team.
Position: Painting Helper / Laborer
Type: Full-Time
Experience: No painting experience required — we will train the right person.
What You’ll Do
- Assist lead painters with prep work (taping, sanding, masking, moving materials)
- Help set up and clean up job sites
- Carry materials, tools, and equipment
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Learn proper techniques for interior, exterior, cabinets, and garage floors
- Support the crew in providing high-quality results for our clients
What We’re Looking For
- Hard-working, reliable, and willing to learn
- Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and be on your feet throughout the day
- Positive attitude and teamwork mindset
- Clean driving record (company vehicle use may be required)
- Must have reliable transportation to/from job sites
- Must be respectful, punctual, and presentable in customers’ homes
