Hourly Full-Time Role:
7p-7a; 36 hours/week – rotating weekends required

The Job You Will Perform:
- Greet and interview patients or their representatives to collect intake information and secure signatures required for treatment.
- Prepare and distribute all pertinent patient informational materials to ensure patients are well-informed about their healthcare journey.
- Obtain insurance authorizations to facilitate timely and efficient patient care.
- Escort patients to the appropriate department, ensuring they receive the necessary services promptly.
- Maintain excellent communication with patients and staff, demonstrating professional telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Perform clerical tasks with a high degree of accuracy, including typing at least 40 words per minute.
- Maintain comfort and professionalism while working within a hospital environment, understanding the critical nature of the role in patient care and facility operations.
The Qualifications, Skills and/or Knowledge You Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to type at least 40 words per minute with above average accuracy
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Prior medical, clerical, or administrative experience preferred
